Coal exports of Brisbane port in Queensland, Australia in May fell to the lowest point in the year, according to the latest data released by the Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd (PBPL).
The port exported 64,000 tonnes of coal in May, slumping 74.35% or 185,500 tonnes year on year and 44.2% or 50,700 tonnes on the month.
Coal exports via Brisbane port totaled 713,700 tonnes in the first five months of this year, falling 49.57% over the same period of last year.
